21 Nov 2012 MInecraft gets stuck when "Downloading Terrain". Log In OS: Windows 8 Pro (64 Bit) Java Version: Java After it finally finishes, I can't get any drops from blocks that I break or open any containers except for the Inventory. Anyways I was playing earlier and did the usual routine of closing out and coming around it got stuck on downloading terrain, which after a while will eventually crash Haven't been around my PC much the past few days. 2 Sep 2018 They don't have this issue but for me it gets stuck on 'loading terrain' for about 30 seconds and it'll either join or I can't even get logged in to my friend's server. ive already restarted my computer, reuploaded my world, made sure my wifi was secure, and restarted minecraft more times than i can count. MC Crash after displaying the downloading terrain message when I delete those files, my base is 99% gone, and I'm back to the state when the game started.
